MANAGER

We are looking to hire a part-time Front of House Manager at our West Chester location (15-25 hours weekly). We have amazing hours of operation, we close on many holidays and we have an awesome work family. Looking for individuals focused on fostering our high standards for service and employee management. Must have leadership skills, memorization skills, team building skills, and a focus on high quality customer service. We are very lucky to have amazing employees and we are looking for the right fit to join the family. Must be positive, empathetic, kind and able to lead a team in fast paced work environments. Must also be a team player.

This position would assist the General Manager in running the store during all shifts. Helps with training, ordering or scheduling when needed. We have medical, dental and vision insurance available for all full time employees (30+hours). We also have paid vacation and PTO for all full time managers (35+ hours).
