Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Manage inventory levels, place orders, and receive deliveries, while controlling food costs.
• Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high performance standards.
• Ensure strict adherence to all food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Collaborate with the General Manager on scheduling, labor cost management, and operational improvements.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Minimum of 2 years of kitchen management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Proven track record of managing inventory, food costs, and labor costs effectively.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe certification preferred).
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
