Job Overview
The Manager, Workforce Administration leads a team of Workforce Administration professionals responsible for supporting workforce planning, position management, organizational maintenance, workforce reporting, and HR administrative processes. This role ensures the accuracy, integrity, and governance of workforce data while driving operational excellence across workforce administration functions.
The Manager coaches and develops a high-performing team, establishes efficient processes, monitors service delivery and quality standards, and partners with leaders across Human Resources, Workforce Management, Finance, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and business teams. This leader provides strategic direction, identifies opportunities for process improvement, and drives initiatives that enhance workforce data accuracy, organizational effectiveness, and the colleague experience.
The Manager, Workforce Administration is responsible for hiring, training, coaching, and developing hourly and/or professional colleagues while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, collaboration, and customer-focused service.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to evaluate workforce trends, identify opportunities, and implement strategies that improve operational effectiveness and support business objectives.
Workforce Administration Expertise: Strong understanding of workforce planning, position management, organizational structures, workforce reporting, data governance, and HR operational processes.
Analytical & Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to analyze workforce metrics, identify trends, develop insights, and make informed business recommendations.
Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to investigate complex issues, evaluate risks, and implement effective solutions.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and present information to leaders at all levels.
Collaboration & Relationship Building: Ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships and effectively navigate a matrixed organizational environment.
Process Improvement: Experience identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable process improvements that enhance service delivery and operational performance.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, workforce management tools, HRIS platforms, reporting systems, and data analysis tools.
Adaptability: Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and lead through organizational change in a fast-paced environment.
