  • Leverage a deep understanding of Wayfair’s supply chain network and operational standards to design new initiatives aimed at improving cost & efficiency.

  • Build supporting dashboards and visibility across large data sets to gain performance insights, highlight operational opportunities, and develop targeted action plans.

  • Leverage critical thinking and data handling to examine and challenge existing practices, identify opportunities for improvement, and gain buy-in from stakeholders on proposals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Operations, Tech, and Talent to support the rollout of new operational initiatives and/or tech capabilities.

  • Monitor KPIs and assess how we’re making progress against business objectives.

What You'll Need

  • Experience in managing an analytical team to drive business outcomes.

  • High attention to detail and thorough attention to data integrity to deliver trusted insights.

  • Ability to navigate an environment of continuous improvement working through ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
