As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily service, manage and coach a high-performing FOH team, maintain impeccable standards of hospitality, drive revenue through exceptional guest satisfaction, and ensure seamless coordination with our kitchen and raw bar teams. You will help sustain the luxury experience that has made Marble Room a Cleveland landmark.

Key Responsibilities:

  • front-of-house operations during peak shifts
  • Recruit, train, coach, and retain top hospitality talent
  • Deliver 5-star service in a high-volume, upscale environment
  • Work with management team to achieve restaurant goals
  • Partner with ownership and executive team on continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience in upscale/fine-dining (steakhouse or high-volume luxury preferred)
  • Strong leadership presence and passion for hospitality
  • Proven ability to build and motivate teams
  • Exceptional communication and guest relations skills
  • Wine and spirits knowledge a plus
