Salary Range: $150,000 - $185,000

Job Description:

Serve as an integral part of project teams to help clients in the automotive and industrial sectors solve complex problems. Work alongside other A&M professionals on a wide variety of complex assignments ranging from holistic cross-functional transformations, functional performance improvement, interim management and M&A assistance with a clear focus on quickly identifying high impact opportunities for EBITDA expansion, balance sheet improvements, and increasing shareholder/company value. Lead client engagements to deliver results on specialized Automotive and Industrial areas including: product development and product engineering, distribution & logistics, network modeling, manufacturing contracts, business unit and operational transformation, direct & indirect procurement, SG&A cost reduction, M&A, divestitures/carve-outs and integration, and information technology and digital improvements. Apply superior analytical skills to conduct analysis, and synthesize meaningful insights from data, opinions, or facts. Develop findings, make strategic recommendations and work with clients directly to implement strategic and operational recommendations. Adapt to systems and tools, managing multiple tasks concurrently and meeting deadlines. Be involved in client and stakeholder relationship building. Domestic or international travel up to approx. 50% of time.

Minimum Requirements:

Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or an Engineering field. Must have experience or academic training with the following: complex analytical tools including Excel, SQL, PowerBi, and Python; manufacturing or supply chain or operations; working in automotive or aerospace sector; independently managing workstreams including structuring work plans, producing quality work on time-pressured projects, and ensuring successful completion of all deliverables; overseeing work of junior team members; synthesizing complex analysis, identifying implications, and making strategic recommendations; working with

clients to implement strategic and operational recommendations; building and driving the case for change on work streams and projects; structuring problem-solving approaches; preparing client ready documents and presentation development; and structured project management including time, team and work-stream management.
