Managing Associate Attorney

McSweeney Langevin is a fast-paced, team-oriented law firm specializing in complex federal and state mass tort litigation. We represent clients nationwide in matters involving pharmaceuticals, medical devices and various other litigations.

We are seeking a skilled, driven Managing Associate Attorney to join our leadership team. In this role, you will drive firm-wide litigation strategies, manage complex caseloads, and oversee settlement coordination. You will also serve as a vital mentor, training and guiding associate attorneys and litigation support staff.

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience (mass tort experience preferred).

• Proven experience conducting/defending depositions and familiarity analyzing medical records (a plus).
• \n
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• \n
• Licensed to practice law in the State of Minnesota.
• \n
• Must work on-site at our Minneapolis office.
• \n

Salary: dependent on qualifications. $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
