This position requires client contact and a high-volume workload. License to practice law in Minnesota required.Specific Job Responsibilities:Assisting with the firm's foreclosure and litigation departments.Work with and assist in supervision of paralegals and support staff. Maintain the highest quality of work-product while helping clients achieve their goals and ensure firm policies and procedures are being followed.Monitor progress and develop strategies to effectively bring files to resolution.
