Requirements:

Active California Bar membership in good standing (mandatory).

25 years of experience in Workers' Compensation or Insurance Defense preferred (though all levels, including recent bar passers, are considered).

Excellent research, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team with attorneys, legal staff, and administrative assistants.

Strong adaptability and capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment.
