What You’ll Do:
As Managing Broker, you’ll be the heartbeat of the office — leading, growing, and elevating everyone around you.
- Recruit, attract, and retain top real estate talent.
- Coach, mentor, and develop agents at all stages of their careers.
- Oversee agent performance and help drive production growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing Act guidelines, and state real estate regulations.
- Implement systems and processes that improve efficiency and agent success.
- Partner with leadership on marketing initiatives and retention strategies.
- Track performance and deliver monthly/quarterly reporting.
What You Bring:
- Active Managing Broker License (Illinois and/or Indiana).
- 3–5+ years as a successful, actively producing agent and/or broker leader.
- Proven ability to recruit, lead, and inspire agents.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- A positive, solutions-focused mindset — someone who lifts the room.
