Key Responsibilities for the Managing Director / Managing CPA:

Lead and grow relationships with the firm's most important business and family clients.

Serve as senior advisor on complex business and individual tax matters.
Drive modernization initiatives involving technology, AI, workflow, and operational improvements.
Develop staff, mentor future leaders, and support continued firm growth.
Help guide pricing, client selection, and strategic business decisions.

Qualifications for the Managing Director / Managing CPA:

CPA designation required.
Approximately 15+ years of public accounting experience.
Experience advising privately held, family-owned, or closely held businesses.
Background as a Manager, Senior Manager, Director, Principal, Partner, Firm Owner, or similar public accounting leader.
