RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the business strategy for the boutique cap division
  • Lead product development from concept through delivery, ensuring premium quality and design integrity
  • Oversee end-to-end operations including sourcing, manufacturing, and distribution (leveraging internal capabilities)
  • Own divisional P&L, budgeting, and financial performance
  • Build and establish a distinct brand identity within the fashion headwear market
  • Drive marketing initiatives including e-commerce, social media, retail, and wholesale channels
  • Ensure a high-end, consistent customer experience across all touchpoints
  • Recruit, lead, and develop a dedicated team for the division
  • Manage supplier and vendor relationships while optimizing supply chain performance
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and manage operational risks
  • Utilize ERP, PLM, and analytics tools to support decision-making and growth
