About the Role

We focus on our clients’ strategic, operational,financialand capital needs by addressing the full spectrum of financial and transactional challenges faced by corporations, boards, private equity sponsors, creditorconstituenciesand other stakeholders.

WhatYou’llDo

This hire will be a critical team member to help execute client engagements. This role also carries practice development responsibilities in addition to client work. Key responsibilities for this position include:

• Support Senior Managing Directorsand in continuingto build and grow the practice. Develop knowledge management, including tools, methodologies, reports, models, work plans,checklistsand processes.

• Performhigh qualityclient work and develop client relationships for CFO advisory service assignments, including taking a proactive approach andanticipatingclient needs.

• Assistwith practice development and marketing, including developing materials, surveys,eventsand case studies.

• Participatein writing thought leadership pieces relevant to CFOs and the OCFO practice.

Basic qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree ina businessrelated major or economics.

• Minimum of twelve (12) years of experience working infinancial managementconsulting or a mix of corporate finance and accounting and consulting roles.

• Job requires travel to clients and to the FTI office.

Preferred skills:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) certification or MBA is preferred but not.

• Experience with business intelligence or data analytics tools is preferred but not.

• Expertisewith Microsoft Excel and strong ability to develop financial models with minimal oversight.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior level executives.

• Qualified candidates will view themselves as having superior leadership and technical skills, excellent projectmanagementand communication skills, as well as a sense of urgency and drive to help FTI service its clients.

• Results Orientation: Strongtrack recordof delivery withstrongreputation as a reliable consultant with a CFO advisory background, and an ability to meet clients’ needs with great attention to detail.

• Strategic Orientation: Candidates must have highly developed business acumen as their primary orientation and be readily able to engage in broader business issues.

• Influencing and Partnering: A change agent whois able topoint to a strongtrack recordof delivery in organizations where theyledsimilar business advisory engagement teams and has an engaging,energizingand collaborative personal style.

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills and strong influencing skills.Expertise withcreating PowerPoint presentations.

CompensationMinimum Pay: $196,500.00Maximum Pay: $413,000.00Compensation Disclosure:The compensation range reflects potential base salary for the role. Actual compensation is determined based on a wide array of relevant factors including market considerations, business needs, and an individual’s location, skills, level of experience, and qualifications.
