Customer expectations continue to evolve, and today's customers expect meaningful interactions wherever they shop or engage with a brand. Slalom partners with Fortune 500 leaders and emerging companies as they transform and thrive in this changing marketplace. As the leader of Slalom's Georgia-Alabama Market (Market)'s Retail and Consumer Goods industry, you will partner with our experts to work side by side with our clients to deliver seamless, scalable, customer-centric, omnichannel experiences that lead to measurable impacts across these enterprises. What You'll Do
You will be a leader within the Market covering the States of Georgia and Alabama (Market), responsible for partnering with the Market leadership, Retail & Consumer Goods industry leads, and capability leads to create and own our overall go-to-market strategy, account management, client delivery, and business development activities, including proposal and RFX development. This role is expected to have significant experience in deal shaping with a focus on client outcomes, cultivating and nurturing key relationships within Slalom and executive level clients and partners, and passionate about attracting and growing industry-specific talent. You should be experienced in delivering solutions, sales cycles, and managing the operations of industry practices for Market clients. You will serve as the key liaison between our Slalom teams and our Retail & Consumer Goods clients to ensure the overall success of the industry team. This includes performing tasks related to the overseeing and execution of contract/compliance management, staffing/team member management, financial management, performance & quality management, team management, and client relationship management.
