The Managing Director of Total Rewards plays a key leadership role in the strategic design, implementation, and governance of the firm's compensation, benefits, retirement, and wellbeing programs across North America, working in close partnership with and under the direction of the Head of Total Rewards. This role partners closely with senior leadership to ensure total rewards strategies support business objectives, promote pay equity, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain market competitiveness. The Managing Director oversees the total rewards budget, leads market and data analytics, manages external vendors, and drives communication strategies that enhance employee understanding and appreciation of the firm's rewards offerings.
