About the Role:

Gartner seeks a Managing Vice President (MVP) who will own Gartner's enterprise publishing modernization strategy end-to-end, resetting how we package, produce, and deliver insights, data, strong positions, and branded vendor assets to align with changing CXO consumption preferences and digital expectations.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead three core teams and integrate them into one operating engine:
  • Editorial and Production: end-to-end editing and production for Gartner research and branded assets
  • Multimedia and Graphics: modern visual storytelling, formats, and interactive experiences
  • Templates, Voice, and Titling: simplified authoring systems, executive-aligned voice, and high-impact naming standards

Establishes AI-enabled publishing frameworks that leverage large language models and structured authoring systems to accelerate production, improve consistency, and enable scalable transformation of insights across written, visual, and multimedia formats.

Sets a forward-looking publishing roadmap informed by market direction, competitive benchmarking, and evolving content ecosystems, then works backward to operationalize new formats and standards at scale.

Drives enterprise change management across practices, partnering with senior leaders to shift behaviors and standards so Gartner publishes faster, clearer, and with higher client impact across Gartner.com, AskGartner, marketing, and product experiences.

Sits at the intersection of insight creation and client delivery, ensuring that what the business produces flows efficiently and powerfully through the Gartner ecosystem to maximize authority, engagement, and retention.

  • At least 15 years' experience in a relevant field/role
  • Experience working at a large publishing organization or working on overhauling large scale publishing divisions

What You'll Get:

  • Competitive salary
  • Generous paid time off policy
  • Charity match program
  • Group Medical Insurance
  • Parental Leave
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and more!
