Seeking a Program Director to oversee a psychiatric residential treatment facility for youth with emotional and behavioral needs. Responsibilities include program leadership, staff supervision, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and program development, ensuring trauma-informed and person-centered services.
Key duties involve managing daily operations, supervising staff and vendors, hiring and training, maintaining compliance, managing budgets and grants, coordinating admissions, and leading community collaboration.
Qualifications include a master's degree in human services or related field (preferred), with at least 4 years of leadership experience in human services or residential treatment, including staff supervision, budgeting, and compliance. Experience working with youth with serious emotional disturbances is preferred.
Work involves participating in crisis intervention and working with youth exhibiting challenging behaviors. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, trauma-informed care experience, and a commitment to improving youth outcomes.
