Lawyers on Demand (LOD), a Consilio company, is assisting a commercial law firm in seeking a Mandarin‑Fluent Patent Litigator for a long‑term, temporary engagement.Role DetailsStart: ASAPDuration: 3–6 monthsHours: Full‑time (40 hours per week)Location: Hybrid preferred (2–3 days per week onsite in New York, NY or Newark, NJ)Pay Rate: $100/hourPosition OverviewThe client is seeking an experienced patent litigator with strong technical and litigation skills to support complex patent disputes. Fluency in Mandarin is required to effectively support matters involving Mandarin‑language documents and Chinese‑based clients.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all phases of patent litigation in federal courts and before the PTABDraft motions, briefs, and other litigation filingsOversee and participate in discovery, including depositions and deposition preparationSupport hearings, strategy discussions, and interactions with opposing counselCollaborate with internal teams and clients on case strategy and executionQualifications5+ years of patent litigation experience, ideally within a large law firm environmentDemonstrated experience handling matters in federal courts and PTAB proceedingsFluency in Mandarin (required)Active license to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction (in good standing)Admission in New York and/or New Jersey preferredUSPTO registration is a plusEqual Opportunity EmploymentLOD is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
