Job Description
KAYGEN is an emerging leader in providing top talent for technology-based staffing services. We specialize in providing high-volume contingent staffing, direct hire staffing and project-based solutions to companies worldwide ranging from startups to Fortune 500 and Managed Service Providers (MSP) across a wide variety of industries.
Title: Manhattan Active WMS
Duration: Through 12/31/2027
Location: Onsite at client location in Waukegan, IL
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation, enhancement, support, and optimization of Manhattan Active WMS across warehouse operations.
- Serve as the primary onsite functional and technical leader, providing guidance for system configuration, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage and mentor offshore support and development teams, ensuring high-quality delivery, adherence to SLAs, and effective collaboration.
- Partner with operations, supply chain, IT, and business stakeholders to translate warehouse requirements into scalable WMS solutions.
- Drive testing, deployment, training, and production support activities while ensuring system stability, performance, and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Manhattan WMS, with extensive hands-on expertise in Manhattan Active WMS (required).
- Proven experience leading onsite and offshore teams, including resource planning, delivery management, and stakeholder communication.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and labor management processes.
- Experience with WMS implementations, system integrations, upgrades, and production support within large-scale distribution environments.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence business and technology teams at all levels.
Pay: $40 - 50/hour
