Manhattan Consultant / Test Lead

Ideal Candidate
Must possess 7+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
Must have hands-on experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM)(First Preference)OR Manhattan WMOS(Second Preference).
Must have a strong understanding of Warehouse Management and Fulfillment Operations.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Integration Testing
Regression Testing
Must have experience leading QA teams or Test Workstreams.

Must have experience managing offshore QA teams.
Retail, Distribution, eCommerce, or Supply Chain industry experience is highly preferred.
The Manhattan Consultant/Test Lead will lead end-to-end testing activities supporting Manhattan Warehouse Management implementations, enhancements, and production support initiatives. The role will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Business Users, and QA teams to ensure high-quality warehouse management solutions are successfully delivered.
The successful candidate will own testing strategy, planning, execution, defect management, release validation, and continuous improvement across Manhattan warehouse management platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end testing activities for Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) and/or Manhattan WMOS.
Define testing strategy, test plans, schedules, and execution approach.
Manage offshore QA teams and daily testing activities.
Review business requirements and functional designs.
Lead SIT, UAT, Integration Testing, and Regression Testing.
Coordinate defect triage, prioritization, tracking, and reporting.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and Business Users.
Monitor testing progress, risks, dependencies, and quality metrics.
Support release validation, production deployments, and post-go-live testing.
Drive continuous improvements in testing processes and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
7+ years of Software Testing and Quality Assurance experience.
3+ years leading QA teams or Test Workstreams.
Hands-on experience with:
Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) (Preferred)
OR Manhattan WMOS
Strong understanding of Warehouse Management and Fulfillment Operations.
Experience managing SIT, UAT, Integration Testing, and Regression Testing.
Experience preparing Test Strategies, Test Plans, Test Scenarios, and Test Execution Reports.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience managing offshore QA teams.
Experience coordinating testing across multiple business and technical teams.
Experience working within Agile or Hybrid delivery environments.
