Your Role

As a Manhattan Enterprise Promise & Fulfill Solution Architect, you will lead Fortune 500 companies in large-scale supply chain transformations across complex enterprise environments. You will use your deep business process and Manhattan EP&F system expertise to architect integrated supply chain and inventory solutions, overseeing full lifecycle implementations. You will also use your process, industry, and application expertise in a trusted advisor capacity to guide clients through process re-engineering, maturity assessments, roadmap development, business case creation, and vendor selection engagements. As a client-facing lead, you ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget while maintaining solution integrity and quality standards.

Your Skills & Experience

Must Have:

  • Proven experience leading multiple full lifecycle implementations of Manhattan EP&F
  • Deep configuration and process knowledge of Manhattan EP&F
  • Expert knowledge of Manhattan EP&F data structure
  • Expert knowledge of master and transactional data used in inventory and fulfillment functionality
  • Knowledge of fulfillment and inventory management processes, agnostic of Manhattan EP&F capabilities, including distributed order management, order fulfillment logic, inventory allocation, available to promise, inventory position management
  • Significant experience in the distribution industry
  • Ability to create accurate design documentation
  • Direct experience with designing and implementing supply chain solutions and AI
  • Experience managing large IT programs with cross-functional teams
  • Experience integrating Manhattan EP&F with other enterprise applications
  • Strong understanding of integration points and execution sequencing
  • Hands-on experience across all phases: requirements, design, build, test, deployment, and support
  • Understanding of the end-to-end supply chain and order management processes and how they are connected, especially inventory management and optimization
  • Experience conducting gap analysis and developing strategic roadmaps
  • Ability to establish a rapport with clients and foster strong client relationships at various levels within the organization
  • Ability to drive sales, especially focused on value-driven outcomes
  • Experience defining proposed solutions as part of client pursuits, including timeline, duration, and resourcing, and presenting these solutions to clients
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication capabilities
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience
  • Proven ability to foster teamwork and build collaborative environments
  • Ability to create a shared sense of direction and accountability across teams
  • Strong time management skills with flexibility and creativity under pressure
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends and advancements
  • Experience with an additional Manhattan Active application such as MAWM or Manhattan Active Omni

Preferred:

  • Experience with the Manhattan Active suite
  • In-warehouse operations experience ("on the floor" experience)
  • Experience with other inventory and fulfillment tools such as RELEX, o9, IBP
  • Hands-on work with AI platforms and tools such as Claude, Open AI Codex, Palantir, Databricks, Dataiku, Microsoft Fabric
  • Knowledge of other supply chain processes (planning, warehousing, transportation) and order management
  • Knowledge of warehouse management processes or experience implementing WMS
  • Knowledge of an ERP system such as SAP or Oracle
  • Knowledge of consumer products (non-retail), manufacturing, life sciences, and automotive industries
  • Demonstrated project management skills, managing workstreams or projects in excess of $1MM

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $105,600 - $199,480

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
