Essential Functions & Responsibilities :

Manifest Compliance Coordinator
As a Manifest Compliance Coordinator you will be responsible for completing various administrative tasks to ensure the accurate and compliant processing of manifests to support the proper disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste material.  

  • Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times
  • Ensures incoming manifest completion is accurate and mails copies of manifests to appropriate locations
  • Supports the shipping and receiving of drum and bulk waste; prints barcodes and Department of Transportation (DOT) labels for incoming drums and bulk
  • Schedules loads for drum and bulk incoming waste; creates stop tickets for all appropriate waste and enters record into Company MMS
  • Manages customer issues or questions pertaining to manifests, Company services, cost of services, proper documentation completion and invoice payment status
  • Ensures any manifest discrepancies are filed with the manifest
  • Orders operating supplies for Maintenance and Operations as needed
  • Submits new vendor requests to Supply Chain; receives invoices and enters in PeopleSoft / submits to Accounts Payable
  • Completes monthly end total reporting (pipeline waste, tank levels, carbon sacks, etc.)
  • Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization
Education : - High-school diploma or equivalent (required)  Experience:
  • 1+ years of relevant work experience in an office support role (required)
