Position-Manual and Automation Tester (Worksoft Certify)
Location-Jackson, MI (Onsite)
We are seeking an experienced Automation Tester with a strong background in both manual and automated testing.
This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using Worksoft Certify, while also performing manual functional and regression testing as needed.
The tester will collaborate closely with QA Analysts, Business Users, and Developers to understand end-to-end business processes and deliver reliable, high-quality automation across SAP and connected enterprise applications.
Required Qualifications
This profile is expected to have a minimum of 5 years of professional testing experience.
5+ years of experience in test automation, with hands-on expertise in Worksoft Certify (version 12 or newer preferred).
Proven experience in manual testing functional, regression, integration, and UAT support.
Strong experience automating test cases for SAP and web-based applications with Worksoft Certify, including the Execution Manager utility.
Working experience in a formal SDLC/STLC process and testing methodologies, with a solid understanding of automation frameworks.
Proficiency in identifying test scenarios, creating test cases/test data, executing tests, and logging/tracking defects.
Experience with test management/defect tracking tools (e.g., Clienture DevOps, Client Quality Center) and MS Excel.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to multi-task in an Agile environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Worksoft certification (Associate/Advanced) and experience with SAP end-to-end processes (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash).
Experience integrating automation with DevOps/CI-CD pipelines and ALM tools.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and cross-application (SAP + non-SAP) testing.
