Machine Operator

Schedule:

- Monday–Thursday: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM, or

- Thursday–Sunday: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Machine Operator to join a manufacturing company that produces rubber products. The ideal candidate will assist with operating machinery, monitoring production, and ensuring products meet quality standards. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor machinery used in rubber production.

- Assist with loading materials into machines and removing finished products.

- Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met.

- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.

- Follow all safety procedures and production instructions.

- Assist with other manufacturing duties as needed.

Requirements:

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

- Must be able to communicate effectively in English.

- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a team.

- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

Work Environment:

This position is in a manufacturing facility that produces rubber products. The job may involve standing for extended periods, repetitive tasks, and working around production machinery.
