HireCall is hiring for a valued client in Tulsa seeking a skilled Manual Machinist to join their precision manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll work hands-on with metal parts using tools like Bridgeport Manual Mills, lathes, and other precision equipment—crafting each component with care and accuracy.

Responsibilities
Set up and operate manual mills and lathes, including Bridgeport Manual Mills
Perform your own setups and create custom work holding for unique parts
Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to meet exact specifications
Use micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify accuracy and dimensions
Machine high-mix, low-volume parts with precision and consistency
Inspect your own work to ensure top-quality results
Troubleshoot and resolve machining challenges as they arise
Maintain a clean, organized workspace following all safety and 5S standards
Qualifications
Proven experience in manual machining (mills and lathes required)
Strong measuring and inspection skills
Ability to read blueprints, understand tolerances, and plan machining steps
Comfort working independently on one-of-a-kind or small-batch parts
Physical ability to stand, bend, and move throughout most of your shift
Ability to lift and move parts up to 50 pounds (with lifting devices as needed)
Shift: Monday - Thursday, 4:30pm - 3:00am
Pay: Will depend on experience plus a shift differential
