Aircraft Technology Inc. (ATI), a subsidiary of HEICO Corporation, is an FAA/EASA Part 145 Repair Station. ATI supports a wide range of rotary and fixed wing components found on both commercial and military platforms around the world. Manual Machinist I Performs basic machining operations and assists with machine setups to produce aviation components that meet dimensional and quality specifications. This position continues to develop machining skills while supporting production activities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Operate manual machines such as engine lathes, mills, grinders, or similar equipment. Perform basic machine setups under supervision. Mount, align, and secure tools, fixtures, and workpieces on machines. Measure finished workpieces using precision measuring instruments. Replace worn cutting tools and adjust speeds and feeds as required. Stop machines to remove finished parts or change tooling and setups. Follow router instructions and work instructions for machining operations. Perform deburring and finishing operations. Maintain machines, tooling, and work area organization. Move materials, tools, and fixtures as required to support production flow. Follow safety procedures and quality standards. Perform other duties as assigned.
