Manual Machinist/Lathe Operator-$30 an hour, Paid weekly
We are currently seeking a skilled Manual Machinist/Lathe Operator in Sebring, Ohio. If you have experience working with medium to large-sized lathes.
In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating manual and CNC lathes, reading blueprints, and ensuring that all parts meet tight specifications. Work with a team that values quality and craftsmanship, with opportunities for overtime when needed.

Hours: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 6:00AM - 3:00PM
Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Set up machines by reading blueprints and holding tolerances within .001
Process small batch orders of 1-4 pieces
Modify G-Code programs as needed
Set off-sets for precision machining
Select appropriate tooling and inserts for each job
Operate overhead cranes and forklifts safely
Minimum Requirements:
3-4 years relevant machining experience
Ability to read blueprints accurately
Knowledge of machine-to-blueprint specifications
Willingness to work overtime when required
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with manual and CNC lathe operation
Familiarity with G-Code modification
Ability to operate overhead cranes and forklifts
