Position: Manual Tester

Location: Chaska, MN (Onsite)

Type: Fulltime

Salary: $110K - $130K / Year + Benefits

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

Experience in manual test execution and defect tracking

Ability to analyze requirements and create test scenarios

Strong understanding of functional and integration testing

Experience in documentation and maintaining test artifacts

Good communication and collaboration skills

Experience in Medical Validation Roles & Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

Analyze business / functional requirements and participate in walkthroughs

Prepare test cases and document test scenarios and results

Execute functional, system, and integration testing

Prepare test environment as per BCI guidance

Track and report defects, test progress, and issues

Maintain and update test documentation and artifacts

Follow validation and QA documentation processes

Support QA compliance and obtain authorization for QA activities

Analyze business / functional requirements and participate in walkthroughs

Prepare test cases and document test scenarios and results

Exposure to Tulip / MES / Manufacturing applications

Familiarity with validation documentation processes

Experience working in client-facing environments
