Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a Manual Tester (Empower LOS) for their Remote location.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute manual test scripts based on finalized business and functional requirements.
- Perform end-to-end functional testing across Empower LOS and Loan Officer Digital platforms.
- Validate mortgage lending workflows, business scenarios, and system integrations.
- Identify, log, and track defects with clear documentation and support defect resolution cycles.
- Ensure compliance validation for regulatory workflows (e.g., TRID and related controls).
- Collaborate with business, release, and QA teams to highlight gaps, risks, and testing readiness.
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with Empower LOS
- Expertise in manual testing & test case design/execution
- Solid understanding of mortgage lending workflows & regulatory concepts
- Years of Experience: 18.00 Years of Experience
