Machine Operator / Production Associate

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operator / Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating production equipment, ensuring products meet quality standards, and supporting daily production goals. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production machinery according to established procedures and work instructions.

• Read and interpret diagrams, specifications, and production requirements.

• Adjust machine settings to ensure accurate and efficient production.

• Monitor product branding, labeling, and packaging requirements.

• Inspect and verify final products for quality and compliance.

• Perform quality testing and maintain accurate production records.

• Assist in planning and preparing for upcoming production jobs.

• Support and help train other team members as needed.

• Collaborate with other departments to meet production objectives.

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.

• Ability to follow verbal instructions and effectively communicate with team members.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

• Basic math skills and ability to perform simple calculations.

• Experience using basic hand tools.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to work overtime and weekends when required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds on a continuous basis.

• Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 4 hours at a time.

• Ability to perform repetitive bending, stretching, and reaching throughout the workday.
