Responsibilities

As a Manufacturing Analyst, you will:

• Support production, business, and other processes in a collaborative manufacturing environment.
• Engage in cross-functional areas such as production planning, quality management, and process reengineering.
• Facilitate self-directed work teams and provide training in core skill areas.
• Interact with internal and external customers to enhance product planning and process improvement.
• Manage and schedule meetings, organize presentations, and gather data for leadership.

Requirements

• 2 - 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX MATCH, macros).
• Strong organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication.
• Basic data analysis and reporting experience.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferences

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Experience in aerospace or industrial manufacturing support.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRO systems such as SAP or MES.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau dashboards and reporting.
