Job Description:

Location: Palmdale, CA Shift: 1st Shift Schedule: Work Type Onsite, No Telecommute, Travel None Clearance: Not required to start. Must be able to obtain Secret clearance.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Manufacturing Analyst to join its team in Palmdale, CA. This role supports advanced aerospace manufacturing programs including tooling and assembly operations in a collaborative fast-paced production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with manufacturing production planning or operations experience who want to contribute to cutting-edge aerospace projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support manufacturing and production operations in a team-based environment • Track daily production costs and administer Earned Value Management (EVM) activities • Maintain production visibility charts and provide weekly/monthly status reports • Close and document tooling orders and support assembly tooling processes • Validate incoming materials against bills of material (BOM) • Develop internal tooling packages and documentation • Coordinate schedules with Production Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering teams • Manage inventory, chemical tracking, and tooling accountability • Support audits, inventory control, and asset/property management • Assist with administrative tasks including certification compliance, onboarding support, and safety coordination

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree with 3 years of relevant experience • Masters degree with 1 year of experience • 7 years of relevant manufacturing or operations experience in lieu of degree • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and support various shifts if needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a manufacturing or aerospace environment • Cost account management or Earned Value Management (EVM) experience • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Project coordination or manufacturing operations experience • Core Skills: • Manufacturing operations and production support • Project coordination and process improvement • Inventory control and material management • Cost tracking and reporting • Cross-functional team collaboration
