PGS Worldwide is seeking a Manufacturing Analyst in El Segundo, CA for an onsite one-year contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company.

The Manufacturing Analyst will support production, business, administrative, scheduling, and reporting processes within a tooling organization. This role includes supporting cross-functional manufacturing activities, organizing meetings and presentations, gathering data for leadership, and helping teams manage planning, problem resolution, and process improvement. The position requires strong Microsoft Office skills, advanced Excel ability, project coordination experience, and excellent attention to detail.

Required Skills

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including sorting, filtering, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX MATCH, macros, and basic formulas.
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook with calendar functionality.
• Microsoft PowerPoint experience.
• Project management or project coordination experience.
• Relevant administrative or scheduling experience.
• Experience supporting a diverse customer base in a team environment.
• Ability to manage competing demands while meeting critical deadlines.
• Ability to organize presentations and gather data for leadership review.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic data analysis and reporting experience.
• Problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, or a related field.

• Power BI experience.
• Tableau dashboard or reporting experience.

What You’ll Do

• Support production, business, and manufacturing processes in a team-based environment.
• Support cross-functional areas including production planning and control, quality, systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process improvement.
• Manage and schedule meetings.
• Organize presentations and gather data for leadership consumption.
• Support product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement activities.
• Interact with internal and external customers as needed.
• Support administrative, scheduling, reporting, and customer service needs for the tooling organization.
• Help teams manage competing priorities and critical deadlines.
• Support projects as business priorities shift.
