Description
- Excelraise, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Analyst for our client in 3520 E. Avenue M
Palmdale California. - The ideal candidate to support Palmdale, CA\’s F-35 Assembly Tooling organization. Working collaboratively with diverse disciplines in a team-based manufacturing environment, the candidate will execute activities across various functional areas.
Job Responsibilities
- Tracking daily costs
- Administering EVM (Earned Value Management) activities
- Maintaining visibility charts
- Providing weekly and monthly status reports
- Closing and documenting tool orders for PMC assembly tooling
- Overseeing the validation of incoming materials against the bill of material
- Developing internal tooling packages
- Liaising with support organizations to negotiate schedules with Production, Manufacturing, and Industrial Engineering
- Ordering and recording chemical usage
- Ensuring proper inventory within the NGC Chemical Tracking System
- Managing tool control and accountability activities, including daily inventory, audits, property, and asset management
- Performing other manufacturing and assembly tooling-related duties as required

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience OR
- Master's degree with 1 year of experience OR
- 7 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
- Ability to work any shift.
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Suite capabilities (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Must be highly detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and a skilled communicator.
