Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech. US Citizenship Required. • Manufacturing Methods - Knowledge of manufacturing, methods, and fabrication processes (e.g., forming, stamping, machining, heat treatment, machines/machine tools, cutting tools and fluids, N/C programming, instrumentation, data acquisition, and control systems). Ability to select the best method of producing parts, tools, or assemblies. Verifiable performance record that includes the various aspects of assembly line operation • Project Management - Successful project management and leadership experience. Coordinate design and fabrication requirements for tools and fixtures with internal and external customers. Basic Qualifications Manufacturing Analyst: • Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience OR Master's Degree with 1 year of experience OR 7 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree. • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance. • Ability to work any shift. • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Suite capabilities (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Must be highly detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and a skilled communicator. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in a manufacturing environment. • Cost account management • Advanced Microsoft Suite capabilities (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
