The role involves assembling, disassembling, and modifying standard components using blueprints, sketches, or instructions.
Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5a - 3p.
Key tasks include grinding, sanding, mixing, cementing, wrapping, painting, laminating parts, and adjusting equipment for proper fit based on blueprints.
Safe operation of hoists, cranes, and tow motors is required to move materials.
Perform functionality tests and collaborate with quality inspectors to ensure parts meet specifications.
Utilize barcode scanners and scales for inventory and measurement accuracy.
Work safely, efficiently, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, with manufacturing or carpentry experience preferred.
Skills in reading blueprints, using tools, operating equipment, and effective communication are essential.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and 75 pounds occasionally, stand and walk extensively, and communicate effectively in English.
