The job responsibility will primarily include product assembly by following Work instructions, test data collection, and contributing to existing documentation as required.Duties:Assemble products according to the established documentation.Critique documentation for efficiency and redline as necessary- be a contributor.Manage production travellers and the device history record.Assist in the installation of new manufacturing equipment, fixtures, and tools for continuous process improvement.Identify cost reduction opportunities and implement cycle time improvements.Manage production workflow and yield. Maintain productivity metrices.Individual must manage the manufacturing process, fellow technicians, assemblers, and documentation. The right candidate may be able to move into a management role in the future.Assist with equipment calibration scheduling, tool management, etc. The individual will wear multiple "hats" and perform different tasks as needed.
