*This engagement is for an independent contractor (1099) providing services to Vantage MedTech for an anticipated period of 6-12 months, with potential for extension based on business needs. Contractors are not employees of Vantage MedTech and are not eligible for company-sponsored benefits.Services: - Contractor shall provide Vantage with Manufacturing Assembly Services.
Scope: - Assemble components and subassemblies by hand using basic hand tools such as torque drivers, screwdrivers, wrenches, and pliers.
- Adhere to detailed work instructions to ensure accuracy throughout the assembly process
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Assist in packing and labeling finished goods for shipping.
- Accurately perform transactions in the ERP System to capture the required production data and report any non-conformities to higher-level technicians or engineers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure products meet quality standards
- Adhere to documented processes to ensure compliance with FDA GMPs and Quality System Regulations, ISO Standards, and other requirements as defined by company objectives.
Qualifications and Experience:- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and internet navigation.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or with minimal supervision
