Manufacturing Assembler (Electrical)

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on Manufacturing Assembler (Electrical) to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will build, wire, and assemble electrical systems and control panels for industrial equipment

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Electrical Assembly & Wiring: Build and wire electrical components, control panels, motors, circuit breakers, overloads, and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) according to schematics and work instructions

  .

• Testing & Quality Control: Utilize multimeters to test circuits, verify wiring connections, inspect completed assemblies, and ensure accurate labeling before passing work down the line

  .

• Mechanical Integration: Use hand tools to securely mount and integrate electrical and mechanical assemblies

  .

• Problem Solving & Teamwork: Identify build issues, troubleshoot electrical components, and collaborate with team members to keep production moving efficiently and safely

  .

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

• Electrical Experience: Practical experience in electrical assembly or wiring, with a solid understanding of basic AC and DC circuits

  .

• Schematics & Tools: Proven ability to read electrical schematics/wiring diagrams and proficiency with multimeters and standard hand tools

  .

• Attention to Detail: Excellent manual dexterity, neat wiring skills, and a commitment to safe, high-quality workmanship

  .

• Work Ethic: Strong problem-solving skills, dependability, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively

  .

Preferred (Bonus Points!)

• UL 508A MTR certification

  .

• Prior experience wiring electrical control panels, motors, VFDs, or PLCs

  .

• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or equipment-assembly environment

  .

• Background in fabrication

  .
