• Follow technical instructions, Interpret designer drawings and technical terms.
• Maintain the motorized and non-motorized tools used to create products.
• Keep a clean and well-maintained work area.
• Recognize parts and materials used in production.
• Must be capable of handling Wisconsin weather where it can be- 10 one day and 70 the next day.
• Inspect finished products for flaws and defects.
• Understands and observes all safety procedures and practices in order to prevent injury to self or co-workers: attends periodic safety meetings as required.
• Respond attentively to training from foreman, or more senior handlers in order to increase own knowledge of work processes.Benefits

• Must be able to perform the job successfully, and perform each essential duty as necessary.
• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED). This is an entry level position where employees will receive on the job training.
• Must wear and maintain all company provided, and non-company provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Must be self-motivated with good time management skills.
