We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Assembler Level I with precision, speed, reliability, and teamwork skills.

The role involves supporting manufacturing by assembling, soldering, testing products per instructions, operating equipment safely, and communicating effectively across stations. Responsibilities include assembling thru-hole devices, setting up and performing assembly/testing, building products, rotating through stations, and adhering to ESD and IPC standards.

Qualifications include at least one year of PCB assembly experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid Florida driver’s license. Skills required are good communication, process troubleshooting, hand-eye coordination, color differentiation, and familiarity with tools and equipment. Physical demands include sitting, standing, lifting up to 35 pounds, and mobility tasks.
