Our client is a leading manufacturer of heat transfer components used in industrial and commercial cooling systems. Their facility is focused on precision manufacturing, quality craftsmanship, and efficient production processes. As a Manufacturing Assembler, you'll be an important part of the team responsible for producing components that help critical cooling equipment perform reliably. You'll work in a clean, organized manufacturing environment with a team committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time
Manufacturing Assembler Duties:
- Assemble components using hand tools, fixtures, and production equipment
- Follow work instructions and production specifications to ensure products meet quality standards
- Inspect completed assemblies and identify any defects or production issues
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area throughout the shift
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
Schedule:
1st Shift
- Monday-Friday
- 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
2nd Shift
- Monday-Thursday
- 1:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
Occasional overtime may be available based on production needs.
Pay:
- 1st Shift: $20.00 per hour
- 2nd Shift: $21.50 per hour
Manufacturing Assembler Requirements:
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and shop drawings
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required; training is provided
