Manufacturing - Assembler

Title: Assembler
Location: Rainsville, AL(100% Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months (Contract)
Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Pay Range: $15 per hour on W2

Job Description: 

To assemble and prepare product according to quality standards.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Adhere to safety policies and procedures to include proper use of required PPE.
• Use pneumatic tools safely.
• Paint product in a paint booth environment adhering to safety protocols.
• Use epoxy to prepare product.
• Change out cylinders, paints, etc. as needed.
• Follow start-up, cleaning, and shut-down procedures for epoxy and paint guns.
• Participate in physical inventory activities.
• Utilize lift assistance to handle products weighing more than 50 pounds.
• Meet established efficiency and productivity standards.
• Maintain 6S and Lean Manufacturing standards.
• Additional or updated duties as business demands change.

Qualifications:

• Good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret specifications, plans, drawings, shop aids, instructions, and examples.
• Meet fit test requirements for respirator use.
• Work well in a team environment.

Must Haves

• Experience working as an Assembler or Assembly line
• Experience with Hand tool or Power tool
