Assembler Opportunities

Mechanical Assembler

Work hands-on with sheet metal components and mechanical systems critical to our equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble sheet metal parts using hand and power tools (drills, wrenches, etc.)

  • Perform pressure testing on valves and similar components

  • Read and interpret blueprints and assembly drawings

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

  • Track completed work using production logs/travelers

  • Follow all safety procedures and support continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications:

  • Mechanical assembly experience preferred

  • Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools

  • Strong attention to detail and quality

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team

  • Basic computer/tablet skills

  • 1+ year experience preferred

Electrical Assembler

Support the build of electrical systems by assembling and wiring components used in industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and wire electrical components using tools such as crimpers, soldering irons, and hand tools

  • Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings

  • Perform basic equipment maintenance and ensure safe operation

  • Maintain accurate production logs

  • Keep work area clean and organized

Qualifications:

  • Experience with electrical assembly, wiring, or similar work

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and drawings

  • Strong focus on quality and efficiency

  • Ability to work in physically active environments (standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, confined spaces)

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team

  • 1+ year experience preferred

Refrigeration Assembler

Build and assemble refrigeration systems used in air conditioning units and specialized equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble refrigeration systems using tools such as pipe cutters, pipe benders, and welding/soldering equipment

  • Perform pressure and leak testing on completed work

  • Interpret technical drawings and assembly sketches

  • Maintain accurate production logs and documentation

  • Ensure a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

  • Experience assembling refrigeration or HVAC systems preferred

  • Experience with copper fittings and soldering

  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and use measuring tools

  • Basic computer skills a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and workmanship quality

Shift Options

  • 1st Shift:

    Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

  • 2nd Shift:

    Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
