Manufacturing Assembly 1st Shift

Job Summary:The primary responsibility of this position is to add buildup to steel rule cutting dies according to customer job specifications.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Adhere all types of ejection material to die boardSelect proper grade of corrugated stock for samplesOperate Rubba cutter, CMS, Plotter and Sample PressRead and understand customer machine specificationsIdentify nonconforming material during inspection activitiesDocumenting time on job card and CyFrame ERP systemComply with safety and employment policies of the companyReport near-miss accidents and unsafe behaviors by co-workersKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:High School graduate or GED equivalentAbility to read a tape measurePhysical Requirements:Ability to speak and understand EnglishAbility to stand throughout the entire shiftMust know how to read specsMust be able to hear to listen to instructionsFrequently lifting/moving die boards from one area of production to anotherAbility to lift 65 poundsEnvironmental and Physical Working Conditions:Constant noiseHigh Dust LevelsGeneral Comments: This is a fast-paced environment.
