The Role
This isn’t repetitive line work.
You’ll be trained to lace coil assemblies, work with specialized tools, and ensure every unit meets quality standards before it leaves the floor.
What You’ll Do
- Assemble coil components using lacing techniques
- Use hand tools and equipment to secure and finish products
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards
- Follow product specifications and work instructions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Work Schedule & Expectations
This role supports our night shift operation.
- Typical schedule: 7:00 PM – 5:30AM
- Overtime is common as we are significantly growing this part of the business.
