Follow written instructions from an operation manual to ensure consistent, high-quality builds
Work with hand tools such as pliers, screwdrivers, box cutters and power tools
Package finished parts into cartons and seal using auto tape dispensers
Champion safety by adhering to all company measures and keeping a secure work area
Contribute positively to team culture—proactively resolve conflicts and support colleagues
Partner with manufacturing leaders, accept feedback, and improve performance and product quality
Take on additional tasks as needed to meet team goals and project deadlines
What You’ll Need
Ability to perform repetitive movements with lightweight parts (up to 10 pounds per part)
Strong time management and reliable deadline adherence
Respectful, collaborative communication style
Ability to read and follow written instructions in an operation manual
