The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective production processes, implementing continuous improvement strategies, and managing the assembly line to produce high-quality products.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

As a Manufacturing Assembly Supervisor, your main responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing daily assembly line operations to ensure products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.
2. Developing and implementing process improvement strategies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall product quality.
3. Managing inventory and supply chain processes to ensure optimal levels of stock and timely delivery of materials.
4. Supervising product development processes to ensure new products meet company standards and customer expectations.
5. Implementing and maintaining quality control measures to ensure products meet or exceed industry standards.
6. Training, supervising, and evaluating assembly line staff to ensure they are performing their duties effectively and safely.
7. Coordinating with other departments, such as sales and engineering, to ensure smooth operations across the organization.
8. Utilizing injection molding techniques to enhance product development and manufacturing processes.
9. Identifying opportunities for cost reduction and implementing strategies to achieve these savings.
10. Promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the manufacturing department and throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Manufacturing Assembly Supervisor position will have:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.
2. Proven experience in quality control, product development, assembly line supervision, inventory management, and supply chain management.
3. Demonstrated ability to implement process improvement and continuous improvement strategies.
4. Experience with injection molding techniques.
5. Proven ability to manage costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
6. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
9. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
