A day in this role
Your shift starts with reviewing work instructions and gathering tools. You’ll assemble parts precisely to specifications, use basic shop tools and production equipment, and double-check each item for accuracy. Along the way, you’ll communicate with teammates and supervisors, follow safety procedures, and keep your area orderly to maintain a safe, efficient environment.
Schedule
- Primary (1st Shift): Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift (Flexible): Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM
- 3rd Shift (Flexible): Friday–Sunday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We ask that you be available for the primary shift and flexible to support 2nd or 3rd shift as needed.
What you’ll do
- Assemble components efficiently and accurately following defined specifications
- Use basic hand tools and operate production equipment safely
- Inspect completed work to verify it meets quality standards
- Keep your station clean and organized to support a safe workspace
- Comply with all safety rules and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet targets

Compensation and growth
