Manufacturing Assembly Worker – Catheter Assembly

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Assembly Workers to join a catheter assembly team in Aliso Viejo, CA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with openings on both 1st and 2nd shifts.

The ideal candidate has previous assembly or manufacturing experience and is comfortable performing small, detailed assembly work using a microscope. Previous medical device experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform small and detailed assembly of catheter components
• Complete assembly work in a manufacturing environment
• Use a microscope to perform and inspect precision assembly
• Handle small components carefully and accurately
• Follow written work instructions and established manufacturing procedures
• Maintain quality and accuracy throughout the assembly process
• Keep the work area clean and organized
• Follow company safety and quality requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous assembly experience required
• Comfortable working with a microscope
• Ability to perform small, detailed assembly work
• Previous manufacturing experience
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures
• Medical device manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required
